TOMMY RICH uses the WILDFIRE SLEEPER to win over Randy Rose. Despite some opening offense by Rose, this onw was all Rich who wins and advances to the Memphis Double Elimination Tournament. ★★

ROBERT GIBSON made Jackie Fargo submit to the GIBSON LEGLOCK. The crowd goes crazy as Robert Gibson makes Jackie Fargo tap out! Fargo is furious after the match saying he didn’t tap but the crowd a the Coliseum knows better! Fargo is out, Gibson advances! ★★★

KOKO WARE hit Bill Dundee with a brainbuster to pick up a win. Great match and a big win for the injured Koko Ware! ★★★

BOBBY EATON beat Tommy Gilbert with the ALABAMA JAM. Jimmy Hart was overjoyed that his man will move on to the next round of the tournament. ★
