- Promoter Mack Lillard signed an immediate rematch for this week between Stan Stasiak and Tom Prichard and warned them both to keep the action in the ring.
- Sgt. Slaughter, usually a man of few words demanded a rematch against Steve Regal after ‘his fluke win last week.’
- In a quote, Don Leo Jonathan called Buddy Rose a coward and demanded that Rose, “stop brining in giants who he knows I can beat and step into the ring like a man.” The next day it was reported that Rose had agreed to face Jonathan one on one.

Doug Somers d. Magnum T.A. with the SOMER’S SUPLEX – ★★ – Doug Somers picks up his second win and it’s a big one over Magnum T.A. Before the match it was reported that Buddy Rose would not be joining Doug Somers at ringside because he needed to ‘prepare for the main event.’
Rematch
Stan Stasiak d. Tom Prichard after a knee drop to the throat – ★★ – Dominant victory for Stasiak here after last week’s brawl. After the bell, Stasiak gave the downed Prichard the HEART PUNCH.
Rematch
Sgt. Slaughter d. Steve Regal with the COBRA CLUTCH – ★★ – Slaughter won handily here. After he came to, Regal demanded a rematch of his own.
Before the Main Event it was announced that next week at the Armory, Dutch Savage would put the Pacific Northwest Championship up for grabs against Curt Hennig!

Don Leo Jonathan d. Buddy Rose via DQ when Doug Somers interfered – ★★ – Originally Somers had told Rose that he wasn’t going to come out because he needed to ‘celebrate his win’ earlier but when Rose got in trouble, Somers appeared.
