Leaping Lanny Poffo picked up a DQ victory over Big John Studd when the action spilled out of the ring and Studd refused to stop beating on Poffo – ★★★ – Before the finish, Poffo had been frustrating Studd with a lighting quick offense. Heenan is hoping the after match beatdown will be the finish of Poffo once and for all.

The Killer Bees beat Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff in a wild 2 out of 3 Falls Match – ★★★★
Order of Falls:

1. Iron Sheik made Jim Brunzell submit in seconds to the Abdominal Stretch.
2. B. Brian Blair put Iron Sheik out with a SLEEPER
3. B. Brian Blair (wearing a mask and illegally in the ring) again put Iron Sheik out with a SLEEPER

After the match, Nikolai Volkoff argued with the ref that Blair was illegally in the ring, but it fell on def ears. The fans LOVED this result.

Randy Savage beat Ted DiBiase escaping the cage after a FLYING ELBOW SMASH during a Steel Cage Match – ★★★

The British Bulldogs (with Captain Lou Albano) retained the Western Tag Team Championship over The Dream Team when Dynamite Kid pinned Greg Valentine after a superplex – ★★★½ – Super fun match that had the crowd on the edge of their seat. There were wild celebrations after the Bulldogs retained.

In a wild Main Event, Harley Race retained the Western Heavyweight Championship via DQ when Rowdy Roddy Piper used a FOREIGN OBJECT – ★★★★½ – This is an absolute Match of the Year contender. Bobby Heenan got involved but was incapacitated after a tumble over the top rope. Cowboy Bob Orton got involved. There was brawling inside and outside of the ring! Race ran from the ring with his belt as Piper challenged him to come back and fight!
